I wanted to convey the raw beauty and tranquillity of the Scottish Highlands. I painted ‘Dandelion Clock Cottage’ in shades of blue, the colour of open spaces, freedom and inspiration. A full moon illuminates the scene beneath the dark, ancient mountains. The full moon symbolizes imagination, intuition and dreaming and represents transition and renewal. Spiritually, dandelion clocks confirm that your manifestations are working or that you should begin the process of manifestation. The 3 phases of a dandelion represent the sun, moon and stars. All of nature is intrinsically bound together and connected. We have a responsibility to stop climate change and preserve our beautiful planet.
